How We Charge
We charge for time spent, not flat service fees. If we look at it for 90 seconds and find a setting, you won't be paying for an hour. Final price always quoted by phone or text before any repair work begins.

The fine print
- All prices are starting points. Final price always quoted by phone or text before any repair work begins.
- The $35 diagnostic fee rolls into your repair total if you proceed with the fix.
- If you choose not to repair after diagnostic, you pay the $35 flat.
- If we genuinely can't fix ityou pay only for the diagnostic time we actually spent.
- Custom PC builds are quoted per build. Build labor is hourly, capped at 3 hours for long gaming builds.
- Parts costs change. We'll always re-quote before adding anything to your bill.
- On-site work follows the Service Area travel map for distance pricing.
