How is this different from a PC Tune-Up?
Optimization is specifically about startup and boot, killing the bloat and the apps that launch at login so you're not waiting two minutes to use your computer. The Tune-Up is the broader job: cleanup, Windows repair, drivers, and a full health check. If the whole machine feels slow, go with the Tune-Up. If it's the boot driving you crazy, this is it.
Will disabling startup programs break anything?
No. We disable what you don't need, not what the system depends on. Things like antivirus and core Windows services stay running. The stuff we cut, updaters, toolbars, apps you never open, you'll never miss, and you can always have us turn one back on.
Do you reinstall Windows to clean up the startup?
Never for this. We tune the existing install, your files, programs, and settings all stay. Wiping the machine to fix a slow boot is overkill and it costs you everything on it.
