WE COME TO YOU

House calls and on-site, we drive to your job.

Some jobs make more sense at your place than ours. Network installs, server work, business IT support, smart-home setup, and any time hauling the gear in is more pain than the repair itself. Hourly rates depend on how far we drive, see the zone map below for your exact rate.

Kill the Dead Spots

About Our Whole-Home Wi-Fi Coverage

Dead spots in the back bedroom, Wi-Fi that drops on the porch, buffering in the room farthest from the router? One router in the living room can't cover a whole house. We fix coverage so it's fast and solid everywhere — not just next to the modem.

  • 🚗$75–$125/hrBy distance · plus equipment
  • 📶Every RoomMesh or access-point coverage
  • 🏡On-Site SurveyWe find the real dead spots

What we do: walk the house and find where the signal actually drops, then fix it the right way — a mesh system, wired access points, or repositioning and upgrading what you already have. We set one network name so your devices roam seamlessly room to room instead of clinging to the weak far signal.

This is home and small-office Wi-Fi coverage. Bigger business network rollouts — server rooms, racks, VLANs — fall under our Networking & Servers service, which we staff with more techs. Labor here is hourly by zone — $75/$100/$125 per hour within 10/20/30 miles — one-hour minimum, drive baked into the rate (no separate travel fee). See the Service Area map.

Buying a "stronger" router rarely fixes dead spots — coverage does. The right access point in the right spot beats the most expensive router in the wrong one.

COMMON QUESTIONS

Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers to the questions we hear most often in the shop. Still stuck? Text us a photo and we'll get back to you fast.

Why won't a new router fix my dead spots?

Because dead spots are a coverage problem, not a power problem. A single router, however expensive, can only reach so far. The fix is putting signal where you need it with mesh nodes or wired access points.

Mesh or wired access points, which is better?

Mesh is quick and needs no new wiring, great for most homes. Wired access points are rock-solid for larger homes or offices where we can run a cable. We recommend based on your layout after the walk-through.

What does it cost?

The hourly rate is set by drive distance — $75/hr within 10 miles, $100 within 20, $125 within 30 — one-hour minimum, plus any equipment (mesh nodes or access points) quoted to your space. No separate travel fee. We quote the whole thing before scheduling.

Is this the same as business networking?

No, this is home and small-office coverage. Full business rollouts with server rooms, racks, and VLANs are handled under our Networking & Servers service, which we staff with more techs.

Do I need new equipment?

Sometimes we can fix it by repositioning and upgrading what you have; often a mesh node or access point is the real fix. We'll tell you honestly which after the on-site survey.
