WE COME TO YOU
Some jobs make more sense at your place than ours. Network installs, server work, business IT support, smart-home setup, and any time hauling the gear in is more pain than the repair itself. Hourly rates depend on how far we drive, see the zone map below for your exact rate.
Can't make it to the shop? We offer on-site service calls across Highland, Cherokee Village, Ash Flat, and Hardy for home and small business tech.

Learn More →Can't make it to the shop? Got a server room, a multi-printer office, or a whole-house Wi-Fi project that won't fit in a backpack? Twomey PC Repair does on-site service calls and house calls across our service area in north-central Arkansas.
Common on-site work: business network installs, server room cleanup, security camera setup, smart home installation (Alexa, Hue, smart locks, doorbells), full Wi-Fi coverage upgrades, multi-PC office setups, and elderly customers who'd rather we come to them than load up the car.
Your house-call rate follows our 10/20/30-mile service-area zones, $75/hr within 10 miles, $100 within 20, and $125 within 30, see the Service Area map for the exact zones. The drive is built into that hourly rate, not billed on top, and everything's quoted before we schedule.
Phone repairs are still in-shop only, we don't do house calls for cell phones. But for computer, network, smart home, and business IT work, we'll meet you where you are.
The hourly labor is charged once, even if the work itself is quick. So a 20-minute fix and a 55-minute fix both bill the same: one hour.
90 minutes of work = 1.5 hours. We always tell you when we’re approaching the next hour so you can decide.
If we have to come back a second time (delivering a fixed device, picking up parts you ordered, etc.), the second trip is half the original trip rate, not a full second call.
The house-call rate is $75/hr within 10 miles, $100 within 20, and $125 within 30, the drive is built into the hourly rate, so there is no separate travel fee. See the Service Area map for your zone.
Tell us where you are, what's going on, and any equipment we should bring. We'll quote your zone rate + estimated time before scheduling.
If you don't see yours listed, just text us a photo, we work on most makes and models.
We reply during business hours (Mon–Fri 8a–5p). For an even faster answer, text a photo to (870) 860-8822.
COMMON QUESTIONS
Quick answers to the questions we hear most often in the shop. Still stuck? Text us a photo and we'll get back to you fast.
Travel is based on our service area zones, 10, 20, and 30 miles from the shop. Each zone has a flat travel charge added to the labor rate. See the Service Area page for the exact map and current pricing.
No, phone repairs are in-shop only. We need our soldering rig, parts inventory, and proper lighting to do a quality phone repair. Drop-off at the shop is required for cell phone work.
For non-emergencies, typically within 2–5 business days. For business emergencies (network down, server failure), we try to be on-site within 24 hours, call us at (870) 257-4444 and tell us it's urgent.
For scheduled installs (network, smart home), yes, we order and stage everything in advance. For diagnostic calls where we don't know yet what's needed, we bring our common-parts kit. If we need a specific part not in stock, we'll come back or you'll bring the device to the shop.
Yes, small one-hour calls are common. Setting up a new printer, getting a new TV onto Wi-Fi, configuring smart home devices, walking elderly relatives through their new tablet. We'll quote the hourly + travel for your zone before scheduling.
