Drop yours off and we run a diagnostic, minimum, charged by the time it takes, and quick fixes may be no charge. We text or call you a clear price before any repair, and that diagnostic time rolls into the total if you go ahead.
Phone repairs are in-shop only, we don't do house calls or on-site service for cell phones. Drop-off or scheduled appointment at our Highland Square location.
We don't release a phone we wouldn't put back in our own pocket. Every device gets a final multi-point check before pickup, touch tested across the entire screen, all sensors verified, Face ID or Touch ID confirmed working, charging port pulling correct amperage, speakers and microphone tested, cameras autofocusing.
Unlike a mail-in service, you talk to the technician who'll actually be working on your phone, not a call center.

How long does a screen replacement take?
Most iPhone and Samsung screen replacements are done in 30–60 minutes if we have the part on the shelf. Newer Pro and Ultra models with bonded OLED panels can take 1–2 hours. We always quote a real time estimate before we start, if you want to wait, we'll tell you whether it's worth it.
Do you use original (OEM) parts?
We offer two tiers: high-quality aftermarket parts for everyday use (most repairs) and OEM-pulled original parts when you want a perfect color match or want Face ID / Touch ID to keep working without any quirks. We tell you the difference and the price upfront, no surprises at pickup.
My phone won't turn on after I dropped it. Is it dead?
Probably not. About 80% of "dead" phones we see are actually a loose battery connector, a damaged display assembly hiding a working motherboard, or a failed power button. Bring it in, we'll figure out what's wrong and text or call you a clear price for parts and labor. Diagnostic is a $35 minimum, charged by the time we spend. Quick fixes may be no charge. If you proceed with the repair, the diagnostic time rolls into the total. If we can't fix it, you only pay for the diagnostic time we actually spent, nothing more.
Can you fix water damage?
Most of the time, yes, if you bring it in fast and do NOT turn it on first. We disassemble the phone, ultrasonic clean the boards, and replace whatever components corroded. Success rates drop sharply after the first 24 hours, so don't wait, and don't put it in rice (that does nothing). Just bring it straight to us.
Do you offer same-day repair?
Yes for most common repairs, iPhone screens, batteries, charging ports, and most Samsung Galaxy models if we have the part in stock. We keep the popular parts on the shelf year-round. Less common phones or specialty work may take 1–2 days for parts to arrive from our suppliers.
