Scratched discs are not garbage. Scratched audio CDs, family photo CDs from the early 2000s, kids' DVDs, scratched game discs, most of them can be brought back to playable condition with a proper resurfacing machine.

Resurfacing uses a precision buffing machine that polishes scratches off the data side of the disc, restoring the optical surface. Most surface scratches are gone in one pass. Deep scratches that have actually penetrated the data layer cannot be saved, we will tell you upfront if a disc is too far gone, and you do not pay for those.
Disc copying: while we have the disc, we can also make a duplicate. Useful for backing up irreplaceable discs (wedding videos, family photo discs, software install discs you cannot replace) before they fail completely. Same $5 per disc, 30% off for 3 or more.
Probably the only place in north Arkansas that still does this. We have customers come from Mountain Home, Pocahontas, even further, because nobody else has the equipment anymore.
Bring in your scratched discs
Drop off as many as you have. We will look at them, tell you which can be saved, and quote based on count. You only pay for what we successfully restore.

How much does it cost?
$5 per disc, or $3.50 each (30% off) for 3 or more. Mixed batches (some resurface, some copy) priced individually. We only charge for discs we successfully restore.
Will resurfacing damage my disc more?
No. The buffing machine polishes the optical surface (the shiny side) very precisely, less aggressive than what would happen if you scratched it again. Done thousands of times safely. Discs that are physically cracked or have scratches deep enough to reach the data layer cannot be safely resurfaced and we will tell you upfront.
Can you fix my old wedding DVD?
Almost always yes, even badly scratched DVDs from a decade in storage. The biggest risk for old discs is "disc rot" (the dye layer fading), which we cannot fix. Bring it in and we will check.
Can you copy a copy-protected commercial disc?
No. We do not duplicate commercial movie DVDs, music CDs, or copy-protected game discs, that is illegal. We can copy discs YOU own that are not copy-protected: home videos, family photo CDs, your own data backups, etc.
What about Blu-ray discs?
We do not currently resurface Blu-ray or 4K UHD discs, they have a different surface coating that requires different equipment. CDs, DVDs, and game discs (any console up through PS5/Xbox One, they are still DVDs) are all serviceable.
