What does a typical UniFi network install cost?

For a typical small business (5–20 employees, single building): expect $1,500–$4,000 in equipment, plus our hourly labor for installation. We always do a free site walkthrough first and put exact equipment costs and labor estimate in writing before scheduling.

Do you support our existing network gear or only UniFi?

We support most major brands, we'll fix what you have and only recommend replacement when it makes sense. UniFi is our default for new builds because it's the best price-to-performance for small business and we can monitor it remotely.

Can you handle PCI compliance for credit card processing?

Yes. PCI requires segmenting your card processing traffic from guest Wi-Fi and general office traffic. UniFi handles this with VLANs, we set it up correctly the first time so your audit goes smoothly.

How much is business VoIP?

Service runs about $10/month per line after the initial equipment and setup investment. Equipment cost depends on number of phones and features (call recording, IVR menus, mobile integration). We'll quote the full picture after the walkthrough.

Do you offer ongoing IT support after the install?

Yes, we offer monthly maintenance contracts for businesses that want priority response and remote monitoring. Otherwise, hourly call-out work is available at our standard $75/hr + travel based on service area zone.
