We do most of it ourselves, HDMI port replacements, disc drive belts, fan replacements, deep cleanings with fresh thermal paste or liquid metal repaste, and even motherboard-level soldering when needed.

How much does PS5 HDMI port replacement cost?
$125 flat, including the replacement port. That's about half what Sony or the big repair chains charge. Most jobs are done in 2–3 days. If your console also needs a thermal repaste while it's open (most PS5s do), that's an extra $25, we'll always tell you before adding it.
Can you fix Joy-Con drift?
Yes. We replace the analog stick modules, cheaper and longer-lasting than Nintendo's official repair. Most Joy-Cons take 30–60 minutes per stick. We can fix yours or sell you refurbished pairs.
My console fans are loud. Do I need a repair?
Probably just a deep cleaning + fresh thermal paste. After 2–3 years, dust packs into the heatsink and the original paste dries out, fans run at max trying to compensate. Our $75 deep cleaning brings most consoles back to factory-quiet.
Do you work on retro consoles like PS3 or Xbox 360?
Yes. We've fixed Red Ring of Death Xbox 360s, YLOD PS3s, and even original Xbox HDD swaps and modchips. Retro consoles are our soft spot, just be aware that parts can take longer to source.
Will my game saves be safe?
For most repairs, yes, we don't touch the storage. For repairs requiring motherboard work or storage replacement, we'll tell you upfront and recommend backing up to cloud (PlayStation Plus, Xbox Cloud Saves, Nintendo Switch Online) before drop-off.
