How do I know if my battery needs replacing?
iPhone: Settings → Battery → Battery Health. Below 80% means time. Android: shuts off at 20–40%, dies in hours, charges very slowly. We can also test it in 5 minutes.
My battery is swelling. Is that dangerous?
Yes, swollen lithium batteries can rupture or catch fire. Stop using the phone, do not charge it, bring it in immediately. We prioritize that repair same-day.
Will I lose my data?
No. Battery replacement does not touch storage. Photos, contacts, apps, settings all preserved.
How long does the new battery last?
2–4 years of normal use, same as the original. We use high-quality replacement cells, not the cheapest off Amazon. 30-day warranty on the part itself.
