The build process: tell us your budget and what you play, we put a parts list in front of you (with the exact resolution, frame rates, and ray-tracing levels you'll get in your favorite games), you approve, we order, build, test, and hand you a fully-loaded PC with Windows installed, drivers updated, and the basics already on it.
For workstations: video editing, CAD, 3D rendering, programming, machine learning, we build for the actual workload, not generic "workstation" specs that ignore what you really do all day.
Best Buy's $1,200 "gaming PC" runs Fortnite at 60fps with a $400 GPU and a $200 case. Our $1,200 build runs the same games at 144fps with a $550 GPU and the rest of the budget where it actually counts. Same money, dramatically different machine.
Build labor is hourly and capped at 3 hours, most gaming builds finish in 2 hours of actual hands-on time. Parts are quoted at our cost plus a fair margin (we don't mark up like Best Buy). Final price always quoted in writing before we order anything.

How is your build pricing different from Best Buy or iBuyPower?
Two big differences. First, parts: we charge you our cost plus a fair markup (typically 5–10%), not the 30–40% that pre-built brands charge. Second, transparency: every part on your build list is named exactly, you know what motherboard, what RAM, what PSU. Pre-built brands hide that on purpose so they can swap to cheaper parts later.
How long does a custom build take?
Once we agree on parts, ordering takes 2–5 days (we order from US distributors with fast shipping). Build itself is usually 2 hours of hands-on time, then 12–24 hours of stress testing. Total turnaround is typically 5–7 days from approval to pickup.
Will it run the games you play at high settings?
Tell us the game and the resolution / refresh rate you want and we'll show you the actual frame rate the build will produce. We don't quote vague “gaming PC”, we quote “this runs Cyberpunk 2077 at 1440p high with DLSS at 110fps” so you know exactly what you're paying for.
Do you do upgrades on existing PCs instead of full builds?
Absolutely, often the smarter move. A GPU upgrade + SSD swap + PSU bump can extend the life of an older PC by 3-4 years for a fraction of a new build cost. We'll evaluate your existing system and recommend upgrade vs. full rebuild based on what makes sense.
What about warranty?
Each part comes with the manufacturer's warranty (typically 1–3 years on most components, 5 years on PSUs and SSDs). Our build labor warranty is 30 days, if anything we assembled fails (loose cable, bad seating, etc.), we'll fix it free. After 30 days, we still help you process RMAs through manufacturers.
