Console came in dead, “no signal” on every TV. Root cause: snapped HDMI connector pins from a pulled cable while powered on. Desoldered the original port, reflowed the pads, soldered in a new port, bench-tested with a 4K 120Hz signal. Back to full output.
Most other shops told the customer to ship it to Sony (4+ week turnaround, $150 flat fee). Ours took 2 days.
